  • JOB OPPORTUNITY – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
  • About the Role:
  • BB Bank is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, planning, and stewardship. As a key member of our executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the bank.
  •  Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, and financial institutions
  • Lead the finance team with strong leadership and integrity
  • Skills and qualifications
  • Required Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – REQUIRED
  • ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) – HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) – Preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory frameworks

  • Proven track record in financial leadership within the banking or financial sector
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
