- The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS) is inviting experienced and qualified construction companies based in Baidoa to participate in the tender for the construction of a new Youth/Volunteer Training Hall above the existing SRCS Baidoa Branch Office building.

- Interested companies must submit the following documents:
- Company registration certificate (issued by South West State)
- Valid construction license
- Company profile detailing relevant experience
- Copies of three previous contracts for similar construction works
- Bank statement for the last 6 months
- Project Scope:
- The construction project will include the following activities:
- A. Structural Extension Works
- Extension of reinforced concrete columns from existing ground floor
- Construction of load-bearing block walls (150 mm thick)
- Reinforced slab integration with existing structure
- B. Roofing Works
- Treated timber truss fabrication
- GI roofing sheet installation
- Rainwater gutter and downpipe installation
- C. Internal Finishing
- Floor screed, wall plastering, and full interior/exterior painting
- Door and window installation
- D. Electrical Installation
- Wiring for lighting and sockets
- Connection to existing office electrical system
- E. Toilet Construction
- Construction of 2 toilets including plumbing
- Sanitary fixtures, piping, and connection to existing drainage system
- How to apply
- The interested and qualified companies shall send an expression of interest along with the above-mentioned Eligibility documents to Log@srcs-bishacas.org. After receiving and reviewing the eligibility documents SRCS will share Request for Quotation with the short-listed companies only.
