- Oversee daily operations of the bank and align business functions with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve performance, service delivery, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive organizational growth and transformation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies, systems, and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
- Skills and qualifications
- ????????????:
- Proven experience as COO or relevant role (preferably in banking/financial services).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Professional Certifications preferred:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
- Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Any relevant banking or compliance certifications ?? ?????:
